Healthy Habits - Healthy Life

Healthy habits are behaviors that contribute to overall well-being and promote physical, mental, and emotional health. Adopting and maintaining these habits can lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life. Here are some key healthy habits to start this new year.

  • Regular Exercise: 

  • Engage in at least 150 minutes (approx. 20 min./day) of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week.
